Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with The Tangy Olive! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help! Our process: the customer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return include, your bottle(s) of oil or vinegar, soaps or dry ingredients. The bottles must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Open bottles cannot be returned. Add your proof of purchase or date that you purchased it and if we have any questions we will reach out once it is received.
If there was a shipping issue and your product was delivered damaged, please, contact us immediately. We would request you to take photos and schedule a phone call to ensure your satisfaction with our service and how we handle each situation. Do not send that order back until you speak with us.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your balance.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
